Fatboy Bikes were created by two mates who wanted to challenge the idea of what an electric bike could do and where it could go. What started as a passion project in Australia quickly grew into a brand built around freedom, fun, and bikes that are fast, reliable, and strong enough to carry two adults so you can explore happiness together.

In Europe, Fatboy is led by Ede and Vanessa, close friends of the founders for over 10 years, who have opened the European operation in their home town of Ulm, Germany. With premium quality parts, affordable pricing, and local European support, Fatboy Bikes continue to deliver a riding experience like nothing else.

What is the top speed of a Fatboy bike in Europe?

Our European bikes pedal assist reaches 25 KM/H. All Fatboy bikes in Europe meet the EN15194 certification.

Can I bring a friend when I ride?

Yes, all Fatboy bikes are built with rear foot pegs for a passenger, and carry a combined rider weight of 180 KG.

Can I test ride a Fatboy Bike?

Yes, absolutely! Please visit us at Fatboy HQ in Ulm, Germany, or visit one of our stockists to test ride a Fatboy e-bike!

Where do I take my Fatboy Bike for repairs?

If it is general wear and tear on your Fatboy e-bike, you can take it to any local Bike store for repairs. We also have a servicing and repair department at our Fatboy HQ in Ulm, Germany.

What is your warranty period?

Our warranty period is 2 years or 10,000kms on all parts and electrical components. Please see our product warranty page for more information.

What does warranty cover?

Our product warranty covers manufacturing defects for two years. Damaged due to wear and tear such as worn out brake pads and punctured tyres are not covered under warranty. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to an accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. Modification of the frame or components shall void this warranty. The warranty only covers part replacement and labour, and does not cover transportation charges.
