Off Road models are sold restricted to 25 KM/H, but can be de-restricted by the owner to reach up to 50 KM/H depending on rider weight and terrain.

EN15194 Certified Models: The throttle functions as a walk/start assist up to 6 km/h without pedaling. Once you're pedaling, it provides additional assistance up to 25 km/h.

If it is general wear and tear on your Fatboy e-bike, you can take it to any local Bike store for repairs. We also have a servicing and repair department at our Fatboy HQ in Ulm, Germany.

Our warranty is 2 years from delivery on the frame, battery, motor and all other components, with no mileage limit. It also transfers to the next owner if you sell your bike. See our warranty page for full details.

Our product warranty covers manufacturing defects for two years. Damaged due to wear and tear such as worn out brake pads and punctured tyres are not covered under warranty. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to an accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. Modification of the frame or components shall void this warranty. The warranty only covers part replacement and labour, and does not cover transportation charges.
